light of the challenges faced by young people who are often forced to make difficult decisions about their education and finances at a young age. These posters are ment to raise awareness and spark action. My poster campaign aims to highlight the systemic issues that perpetuate the student debt crisis, emphasizing how this burden disproportionately affects young people and can have long-lasting effects on their lives. By using powerful visuals and messaging inpired by russion constructivism, my campaign encourages viewers to join the fight for a fairer and more just system, one that supports individuals in their pursuit of education without burdening them with crippling debt. I decided to create a custom font that would better capture the essence of the brand and differentiate it from its competitors. I also developed a pattern featuring an orange and hops that would serve as a unique visual identifier for the brand. As a father and a creative, I wanted a logo that conveyed my fierce loyalty and passion for protecting those I care about. That's why I incorporated the symbolism of a protective bull, a creature known for its ferocity and strength, into my design. The bull represents the lengths I would go to for my children and loved ones, and the drive I have to pursue my passions with unrelenting determination. Additionally, as a proud Chicano from San Diego, I incorporated my heritage into the logo's lettering, giving it a unique flair that represents who I am and where I come from. I chose a quote that resonates with me on a personal level, "lead with the soul," which is a reminder to focus on similarities instead of differences in a world dominated by ego. As a struggling artist, I put my heart and soul into the design, striving to convey the passion and fire that burns within me for typography and design. The theme centered around mathematics, symbolizing the great attention to detail that Adrian Frutiger put into creating the typeface. Avenir is a geometric sans-serif typeface, designed by Frutiger in the late 20th century. Frutiger considered Avenir to be his best work, intending it to be a more human version of geometric sans-serif typefaces. The typeface has physical features such as thicker stroke verticals than horizontals, classically drawn lowercase, short ascenders to aid in legibility, and a small x-height. The Avenir typeface was used by many famous companies and brands, including Apple, Snapchat, Bloomberg, and the BBC. After gathering enough information, I started brainstorming ideas and sketches for the logo design. The final design features a sun setting in water, which serves as a visual representation of the ripples created by water drops. I ensured that the logo was both aesthetically pleasing and relevant to the company's identity. The end result was a unique and memorable logo that effectively conveyed the essence of the Drops brand. In addition I included the additional version.
